The manufacturing process is organised according to the patterns applied at Amhil Enterprises in Canada. The know-how of the Canadian specialists concerning construction, technology and market was transferred to our company and expanded with the European experience.
POLYSTYRENE LIDS
Manufacture of polystyrene lids is an in-line manufacture. The standard lid thicknesses are as follows: 0.22 mm (8.5 thou), 0.28 mm (11 thou) and 0.33 mm (13 thou), and the diameters are between 48 mm (1.870 inches) and 127 mm (5.000 inches).
PET LIDS
PET lids are manufactured in two thicknesses: 0.25 mm (10 thou) and 0.31mm (12 thou).
Every lid (polystyrene, PET) is individually designed by our constructors. We offer a complex service of every project from the stage of an initial concept through the preparation of technical designs and tools to the final manufacture.
PET CUPS
PET cups manufacture is an in-line manufacture, too. The cup diameter is 78 mm, 92 mm and 95 mm.
